Los Naranjos De Marbella

Marbella is a well known Spanish destination, mainly due to its’ incredible climate. Boasting 300 days of sunshine per annum, it therefore encourages visitors throughout the year. Apart from the famous Puerto Banus, with it’s impressive yachts and fancy cars forever passing through, the area known as Nueva Andalucia boasts several golf courses, and wonderful urbanisations offering holiday accommodation.

Our well located apartment is ideally situated in Los Naranjos de Marbella (Nueva Andalucia), within easy walking distance to Puerto Banus. Located on the first floor, the apartment has a spacious living room, with dining area. French windows lead to the lovely covered terrace, with outdoor dining and offering views through the archways to the delightful gardens and walkways of the charming well established urbanisation.  

There are two lovely bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a guest, twin-bedded room with a further bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the property offers wi-fi, and a central air-conditioning system. There is a community pool, surrounded by gardens and sunbathing area. The parking is off road. Throughout the complex, there are ponds and fountains scattered amongst the pretty gardens.
